Poached salmon rested on purple Peruvian potatoes finished with a
saffron béarnaise sauce and a balsamic merlot reduction
Served with Rodney Strong Merlot – Sonoma 2005

Fourth Course:

Dessert:
Chocolate dipped strawberry with strawberry mousse
